Need Impulse Relay Part Number 200 1978

Just had the engine replaced in my '78 262 with a B28 from an '80 262. The new engine has a different cold start set up and requires an impulse relay, which I cannot locate. The local Volvo parts guy is confused and can't figure out what I'm talking about. He keeps telling me a '78 262 did not come with an impulse relay. Does anyone know the part number for the impulse relay or the "kit" that Volvo produced for retro-fit? Is it the same impulse relay that the K-Jet turbos use? Thanks
