Compression is really down, and lots of coolant leaks. HG blown 200

Looks like my HG is showing some problems as my car is pushing close to 192k. The compression across the board used to be around 154,152,151,153... really close and even. The gauge was cheap, so it didn't read that high.. but it showed the cylinders were very close to eachother.

Now come this past month. Cold idle is horrible, my WP gaskets are leaking, even some coolant hoses are leaking. Compression tonight was 150, 100, 130, 100. Big difference.

Now some have said that on b230's the coolant corrodes into the cylinder head and you end up getting corrosion damage that requires a new head, not just a gasket. Is this true? I know that the HG WILL wear out on a redblock since the engine has dissimilar metals for the block and head, and the surfaces slip on the gasket as the warm up.. wearing away the gasket.

Will I be able to remove the head, clean the surfaces and bolt back up, or is there irrepairable damage to the head?

Car is a 91 245.
