960 misfiring 900

Hi all, my 960 is misfiring. I checked obd and it said cylinder 1 misfire. I swapped coils 1 and 2 and the code still said cyl. 1 misfire. I replaced number 1 plug and still have the engine light and a rough idle. I de-oxed the connectors and made sure they were plugged in all the way. Any ideas on my situation? The car used to idle smooth as glass. When I took plug one out it looked as though it had been firing as the color was good and it was not black. Thanks to all for the help. Paul
