Misfire update 900

Thanks to a suggestion by dewfpo I realised the spark plug was really white, like a lean condition, and so I sprayed some WD-40 on cylinder one and it smoothed out so it is the manifold gasket. ARGH! This looks like a tough job. I will be ordering a gasket tomorrow. Why do these leak? Thanks to all for the suggestions. Paul
