White 'hose' from throttle body ? 700

On my '91 745, Regina, there are two small niples on my intake manifold. One has the vacuum hose that goes to the flame trap. The other has a small, white "hose" that goes all the way over to the strut tower support on the driver's side. Attached to that support, opposite the OBD readout box, is where that "hose" connects and also an electrical connection. I assume this white thing is a vacuum hose, but I didn't want to mess with it without asking here.

What is the thing it connects to.

Thanks.
