Anyone remember the OEM CB Radio?

I have an OEM Volvo CB Radio main unit that MAY have come out of my 80's 245DL. It has no part number, but it does have a serial number and a sticker that says "Volvo ... CB 40 Channel ..."

It also has two multi-pin connectors, one circular metal, one rectangular plastic.

Which Volvos had an optional OEM "CB 40 Channel" radio?

Thanks for any history.
