Fuel Lines on 84 240 Wagon 200 1984

Hello to all,

I have a question concerning fuel lines. Recently, I noticed a slight smell of gas in my 240 Wagon. I read some of the post on here and discovered that one of the steel lines is leaking. It is rusty and leaks right where one of the small clamps holds it to the underside of the car. Upon further inspection, I have found other places all along the steel lines that began to leak when I touched them with a screwdriver.

At this point, I want to just run all new fuel lines. My question concerns rubber fuel line hose. Is this an okay fix for this car? I have heard some say that one should not use the rubber hose on fuel injected cars (due to higher pressure, I guess). Is that right? or is it okay to use the rubber hose?

If not, does anyone know if you can buy the metal lines to replace the old ones?

Thank you to all in advance.
