Greetings

Now that the cooler weather is here, my always rough idling 81 245 will not sustain idle when cold. We've been very busy with moving, so I haven't a lot of time for troubleshooting. Once warmed up, idles like usual (rough). Gets about 27 mpg so I feel it's running good. I can't find a major vacuum leak, so I'm wondering about a crudded up/dysfunctional FPR. My question is this: Mine is a California car, is the FPR the same throughout the US model range, or is mine 'special'?
