Downpipe to CAT bolts- replacement 200

Had a surprise today. Exhaust went from normal to NASCAR and a look see finds that the Downpipe to CAT connection is loose. Looks like the bolts either stripped or broke(rusted) but I'll know more tomorrow when I put it up on jackstands.

Looks like the cone gasket/bearing is still in place. If its the bolts (and not the flange) any stock gr 5.5 or better bolts should work, no?

If its the flange, I hope irs the cat as I have a spare sitting in the cellar.

If its the Downpipe who makes the decent one - FCP brand A&B or Borsal?
