What cars do these ignition computers fit? 700

I have a couple of Bosch ignition computers:

0 227 400 152 and
0 227 400 149

I think both of these are for the 940, but I'm not sure which year(s) they will fit and whether they are for the turbo 940 or not.

Anyone know where I can look this up? I tried Google and a couple of online parts places, but I didn't get anything more specific than "Volvo 940".
