Has anyone rebuilt a Garrett Turbo on a 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo? 900

Has anyone rebuilt a Turbo on a 1991 Volvo 940 Turbo? Mine is a Garrett. If so:

(a) Did you get your rotor rebalanced? If so where can i do this?
(b) Where did you get your parts, including the bearings.
(c) IS THERE ANYTHING I CAN DO TO GET MORE BOOST/CAPACITY from the Turbo while rebuilding it?
(d) What was the time commitment?
(e) What was the price commitment?
(f) Any super special tools...
