Hello once again,

Anyone ever figured a way to stop these doors from pop pop twice loud as can be when swinging open and closed? I have used auto grease, silicon, white lithium, wd40, ive tried them all...are my rotating rollers facing the wrong way? any adjustments to make to free up some tension against those two little rollers against that spring bar?
