88 240 rear main crank seal leaking 200

I have rebuilt my engine soup to nuts. Rear main seal leaks badly.
I replaced it twice but still leaks.
Brand new PCV system, clean, new, seems like plenty of vacuum.
Engine runs great, idles a bit fast but working on the tuneup etc.
Anything else that might pressure up the system or cause the seal to leak?

I am going to the dealer for an OEM seal but the aftermarket ones i use are Elring.
