Need some help here.

my airconditioner has been blowing hot and cold recently. As though the thermostat is not kicking in on time. Sometimes, after driving for 5 mins, the cold air starts, sometimes, can drive for 30 mins and aircon keeps blowing hot air.

Any thoughts?
