got some speedometer noise, disconected the cable and noise ceased... 1800 1973

. the trip has odometer never worked, so i guess i need to pull the whole speedo guage and have it overhauled somewhere, may as well get a new cable. would like some suggestions for a good place to send it, please....
...also, my tachomer becomes unstable somewhere around 3200 rpm sometimes, it also seems to be quite sensitive to other electrical stuff, like turn signals.
i'm thinking this might be cleared with better grounding or maybe some type of shielding. ... again, any suggestions will be appreciated.
