oil in turbo output air 700

I am seeing traces of oil in the hose running from the turbo to the intercooler. I assume that this means leaky seals in the turbo. The turbo seems to work fine, good power on acceleration. Can anyone tell me if this is the beginning of a turbo failure, or is some oil in the output hose normal?
