Drive Clean Results - Ontario 700 1991

Just had the brick tested
2004 - NO ppm Limit reading
810 318 ppm
2002 67
2000 77

HC 41
15
14

CO% .02
.01
.08

Looks like the HC and NO levels have jumped substantially, anyone
got any ideas as to the root cause? The O2 sensor is 18 months old
(Bosch), new plugs, cleaned throttle body, catalytic conv. is original....
