Electric wimdow switches 200

My '85 240 wagon has in the past few months devolped a problem with the drivers side push button window. It will work However, intermitttnley. The same drivers side assembly takes forever to raise the passenger side window, sometimes not working at all.
Before I disassemble the door panel are there any Suggestions?
