Hi. Canadian DL wagon, where's the ff?

Had it up on the hoist getting snow tires (Kumho Izen) and safety cert (pass w/flying colours), but any time I'm under it I don't see a fuel filter.

It "falls on its face" when I accel from cold start, and obviously an ff change is in order (haven't done it yet anyway).
