high idle 700

89 740 has a high idle. I just changed the hose to the flame trap and flame trap. To do that I had to remove the throttle body leaving the throttle switch in place. I also disconnected two injectors but did not remove the injectors. Now the idle is running at 1000 rpm.

How do I adjust the idle?
