selling my 1974 164e 140-160

I have a solid running 1974 FI 164e, 4speed manual with overdrive. 124k miles
that I've used as a daily driver for the past 4 years. It dosnt burn oil, starts right up and looks pretty good though it needs TLC here and there. Maybe a new paint job and new driver side and passenger seats. It has very minor rust which I show in the picturs

Since I had it I've replace the timing gears, the manifold pressure sensor, break shoes and tires.

Current problems are:
- needs muffler work
- blower motor is sounding pretty bad
- driver side seat belt sticks

I would be currious to hear what you all think I can get for it or if anyone would like make me a offer. I live in St.louis, MO
