Buying Flywheel,Flex plate w ring gear 200 1986

After some good input and healthy discussion at home, I have decided to keep the "Old Grey Mare" on the road. After reading FAQ's and reading some archive material as well as a "guru's" commentary on a P1800 site, I decided to buy a flywheel. What confused me were the terms Flex plate and ring gear. I've learned that the ring gear is what the starter gnaws on ... The flex plate is the center portion and for an A/T I really do not need anything fancy, just something to attach the ring gear to.

With all that being said I found this on line which makes a new flex plate very attractive to a boneyard flywheel.

Has anyone used this supplier? and is anyone familar with this manufacturer?
