Replacing fuel injector seals 200

Never done this (my car is a 1988 240). A non-standard kit included 8 O-rings and a little plastic cone shaped thingy (I assume to help slide on the new O-rings).

Ordered 4 kits from Autohausaz (they arrive tomorrow), and the picture shows (per injector) 3 O-rings, a gray plastic ring, and a funny looking little yellow thing that looks sort of like a small hat.

Is there more than 1 O-ring? What's going on here?
