Oxygen Sensor for 86 240 200

I need to replace the Oxygen Sensor in my 86 240 wagon and was wondering if there is another car, i.e. Ford, that uses the same sensor. The single wire one that I need costs around $140 on line and I would really like to spend a whole lot less. I know oxygen sensors for other cars cost around $40 but in calling even decent auto part stores they don't have any generic ones that they are sure will fit and be correct. If anyone knows a cheap option please let me know.
