How can I test whether or not my injectors are getting the signal to open? Don't really want to pull the rail, etc.

"Heard" they were always "hot", and that the ECU grounds them or something.

What should the voltage be between the contacts (after I pull a connector)? Between each connector and ground? What should happen when the engine is cranked?
