help with my 300 dollar 240. 200

well i've got front end problems on my 92 240. when i go over speedbumps (az roads and parking lots basically consist of all speedbumps) it squeaks like a 60 year old mattress owned by a 500 lb man. it also favours turning right (ie: doesn't go straight, wants to go to the right all the time) and vibrating like crazy all time time. at first i thought the vibrating was just my broken engine mounts but it's not. i would like to do a full front end rebuild when i have the money but it's going to be a slow upgrade process as i don't make a bunch of money but i would like to know what i can do now to fix the tracking shaking problem so it doesn't feel like my wheels are going to fall off.

so far i've done.
the head gasket and associated gaskets.
o/d solenoid
oil change
new radiator
thermostat
all the lights in the dash.
coolant (looked like old oil when i drained it.)
cleaned the flame trap (modified it with a bic pen because i broke the nipple off)
all new vacuum hoses.
removed and cleaned the tb.
rear muffler.
both engine mounts.
transmission mount.
rusted transmission crossmember.
e-brake cable.
swapped the clock for a tach.
installed some led lights in the little pocket at the bottom of the center console so i could actually see whats in there at night.
removed that stupid think that make the binging sound (i remove it on every car i own)
replaced and rebuilt and washed the front and rear seats (they are actually very comfy now that i have a working lumbar support)
removed the stereo and built a cable to connect my mp3 player straight to the amp and replaced the speakers.
removed the stupid map pockets (kick kick kick) that just love to shatter.
the list goes on.

i intend on keeping this car forever. i've fallen in love.
