Sond idiot light? 200 1988

This light comes on for 2 or 3 minuts after I start car then goes off. My bently manual gives reference to a reset switch. Is this the light that needs resetting? I do not have an owners manual for this car.

I did just have some welding done today on the catalytic converter. The light came on soon after. Was this just a coincedence?
