electrical nightmares! HELP. getting frustrated.... 200

I have an 87 240 sedan. It has tremendous electrical problems.
1. Overdive light in dash stuck on after trying to turn on the rear defrost.
2. Radio seems to only come on after the heater has been on a while. sometimes not at all.
HUH?
help
