LH Injection follies continue 200

Okay Y'all,

My nephew's 245 is really starting to tick me off. It outrightly will not start, but occasionally will fumble a little.

Just finished replacing the fuel injection harness with a known good one. I have spark. A high-load voltmeter indicates a smooth 3-4 volts oscilating at the injectors when cranking. Fuel at the rail. All other parts (AMM, IAC, computer, injectors, pressure reg) are swapped out from my 245 with no problems there.

Apart from timing, which I don't have a light to verify, what on god's green earth am I missing??? I think it's off to the dealership next....
