Thanks for all the input so far.............
I went back to town this afternoon - with a freshly re-soldered fuel pump relay in hand.
No start.
----- unplugged AMM
No Start
------ checked rotor and cap - re-installed -
No Start
car smells like it's flooding - a rich mixture - when cranking - does sputter/cough once or twice...
Put pedal to floor to clear fuel mixture - no change. - except speedo needle hops around.
No start
Called AMA - these Volvo's do tow nice...
Car is now at home in driveway - plugged in block heater - and battery charger.
Left it for a few hours - tried it again
NO Start !!!!!!!
FYI - I have checked/cleaned the AIC valve, and throttle body within the past 3 days.
OK -
so maybe I am missing something basic.
Or else there is something else I need to consider as far as the electronic part.
