91 745T won't stay running unless I keep engine above 700 RPM. 700 1991

Hello all,

For the past couple of days, my 91 745 Turbo will stall unless I rev/keep the engine above 700 RPM. Based on FAQ, the main suspect in this situation is the idle air control valve. But I wanted your input on this. Please respond as to whether you agree with this assessment and/or if you have any other advice. (I am no longer driving the car for safety reasons.)

I have alreay purchased said idle air contol valve, fuel pressure regulator, and fuel injector resistor pack from FCP Grotton. The Fuel Pressure regulator and fuel injector resistor pack are being purchased and install as a preventive/proactive maintenance. This is after all, a 13 your old car. (Next November, I will buy the Cold Start Valve, Coolant Temp Sensor, In-Tank Pump, and Main Fuel Pump, as preventive/proactive maintenance items. This should mean that all electrical items involving fuel are new.)

I have also already cleaned the idle air control valve, throttle body, and flame trap and they did not help the situation. The Fuel pump relay, Crank Angle Sensor, Ignition Module, Fule Injector Relay are all relatively new (less than two year old). Since the car start fine and will run fine if I keep the car above 700 RPM, I ruled out fuel pump, fuel pump relay, crank angle sensor, ignition module, and other electrical parts like spark plug, wires, and coi.

PS. Does the 91 745 Turbo have a fuel pump check valve on it. Could this also be a suspect for my problem. I thank you in advance on your assistance on this matter. Have a great day.
