Should I replace it or fix it?

The blue cloth is in great shape, but the lumbar support is shot, as is the heater element. And the foam on the right side has slipped off the frame. It's completely uncomfortable.

I'm not very handy, but if this isn't a big fix, I could probably do it. But replacing the seat sounds easier.

Also, does anyone know if seats from other models would fit? (I know the 740 seats will, but what about the other series?)
