Brake vibrations, 92 240 wagon 200 1992

Hey all,

I just bought a 240 wagon and have noticed a vibration in the front end when I brake. It is only noticeable when braking at freeway speeds, and then only in moderate braking (in hard braking and slower speeds >45 mph it's fine and there isn't any vibration). I can feel it in the steering wheel so I'm guessing it's something in the steering (or maybe suspension?).

I just put new pads and rotors on the front this month.

I don't know anything about suspension or steering so hopefully some of you can help me figure out what's going on and if this is simple enought that I can fix it myself.
