How do I get to the Relays? 700

I am having trouble getting out my storage tray and cigarette lighter to get to the relays to check out my bulb failure relay. Are there any hidden clips or screws I should know about? Can you explain where I can find them? Longshot: Does anyone know where I can see pictures of someone getting to their relays on the web?
