Loud squeal during engine start and during sharp turns 700

Hi, My 740 now squeals like a cat in a blender every time I start it for about 30 seconds. Also when I am parking on the side of the street, doing sharp turns to get the big brick into a spot, she squeals again. Could this be the power stearing belt? If I don't have the guts to fix this myself, how much should I expect to pay to have it fixed?
