virgos and valve stem leaks 200

hi again. last week my daughters 86 244 with virgos goes flat driver side front. a leaking valve stem (think thats what its called) not the schrader valve but the rubber stem leaking where it seals at the tire. led me to wonder about the hot rotors. so i put my front two virgos from my turbo on her car so i wouldnt worry. today about five days later she calls again, flat tire on 1-95 w.p.b. not a good thing. same place driver side front flat, and when i remove tire same thing valve stem leaking but different tire and rim than last week. coincidence? maybe. all tires are 5-6 months old and rims look and ride good.
thanks for any useful advice.
