Tailgate panel retainer tabs at BOTTOM broken - FIX? 700

Hi yall. Ive searched the site and FAQ for info on fixing the tailgate tabs, but all Im coming up with are fixes for the retainers at the TOP, which is not my issue.

My panel has lost 2 of it's 4 circular tabs that hold it to the bottom of the tailgate. Is there anything to be done about this? TIA!
