Virgos Wheels: Update on my refurbishment endeavor and 2 questions. 200 1993

I purchased five virgos wheels about two months ago. I first found one in a junkyard. Subsequently, I lucked up on a car sitting in a local volvo repair shop parking lot and bought all four wheels ..one of those was dented..but I bought it anyway because of the new tire. So..I have five wheels...one that's got a dent in it. I paid the local tire shop $20 to dis-mount all the tires because I want to paint the wheels. They did a good job and didn't dent anything.

I used a soft steel wool pad and soap to clean both sides of each wheel one day. It took a while to get off the caked on dirt and grease on the inner side of the wheel...so I left some of the hard-to-get areas; however, the outer side of the wheels are squeaky clean. The paint is dull and there are some areas of curb rash. The holes where the lug nuts are are scratched a bit. I am toiling with whether or not to grind down anything with my dremel tool (i.e., rough areas or scars, etc.)...or just simply use something (i.e. sandpaper, harder steel wool) to "roughen" up the wheel surface before I paint with silver paint and then clearcoat. Any suggestions?

Also...was wondering whether or not these wheels will fit on my '93 245? The '93 has the ABS...not sure if the wheels will fit the caliper/rotor on the '93s.

Thanks,
