too much oil- what happens?? 700

Can someone tell me what happens if someone puts a couple of extra litres of oil in a b230ft? A friend of my had his oil done and that is exactly what was done. The next day his oil seals in his turbo failed big time- holy smoke! The oil level was well above the return line. Thx in advance.
