Thanks To The Board,,,,but one more issue 900 1996

Last weekend I successfully replaced my PNP and microswitch in the gear shifter. I couldn't have done it without the assistance from the board. The PNP was actually pretty easy. I didn't have to drop the exhaust or remove the trans cooler line. I was able to push the trans line out of the way to remove the switch. Took about an hour and a half, so I figured I'd tackle the microswitch. When I got to the switch I cut the wires on both switches and used shrink tubing and soldered the wires together. Works great now. Thank you all for your wealth of knowledge.
The other issue is about the lighs in the dash. I heard they are pain to change especially if you have that wood around the dash. The right side lights of the dash were out. I figured the lights had burned out. When I took the car out last night the entire dash was illuminated much to my surprise. Then early this morning the right side was out again. I've read there have been alot of issuses with poor ground wires on the 960. Any idea where I might start my search for the dashboard ground? Is there something else I should check besides my ground?
