weird braking 200

I recently feel a weird braking on the passenger side of the car
it seems to be fine when on flat surface but on occassion when i have to brake coming down a hill or incline..i feel a wobble, hear a rattle of sorts
its hard to describe..ideas on things to check?

also I have discovered a leak on that side as well during a hard rain
i feel that its someplace through windshield seal or door seal
how to figure out and what to do?
