Seat Heaters 200

Hi All,

If my seat heaters heat up just a bit (can hardly feel any heat unless you stick your hand hard against heating element), does this indicate that there is something wrong with the thermostat (what I assume is the little round metal thing with the two electrical leads located on the heating "pad")? Any where to get new thermostats?
