Emissions advice? 200

I've got an '86 240 wagon that has failed the Ohio emissions test... twice. The NOx limit is 1313 ppm, but my car came in at 2620 on the first test. I ran through a bottle of Redline SI-1 fuel system cleaner and had it rechecked. The NO came in at 2337 ppm on the second test; better, but still way too high. I've never dealt with emissions issues before, but I don't see any obvious vaccuum leaks, the car doesn't seem to have an EGR valve and the distributor cap and rotor look clean. I sprayed water around the injectors and that had no effect on idle speed, so I doubt injector seals are an issue. I've found some references to similar problems in the archives, with recommendations for a fuel system cleaning product called BG44K. I have yet to find a local dealer that has the stuff, and I'm also concerned that it might take a while to have any effect. I need to pass the test in the next couple of weeks unless I want to drive on expired plates. What would you do... track down the BG44K stuff and give it a try, or turn this thing over to a pro? It's about 25 degrees outside and I have no garage, so futzing under the hood is no fun. On the other hand, money is tight. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. This car has about 225k miles on it.
