How to tighten belts - can you describe where it tensioner is? 740 700

Hi All,

This is my first B230. Can someone tell me what I should be looking for in order to tighten the bels? If anyone knows where I can see pictures of what the tensioner I need to tighten looks like, that would be amazing. I would like to tighten my Altenator and Power Stering belts this weekend because my car screams for the first 5 minutes after I start her in the morning.
