945 Snow Tire Sizing Question 900 1994

A friend traded in his 99 V70R AWD and sold me a spare set of Blizzaks mounted on nice alloy wheels. The tires came from Tire Rack about 2 years ago and look as if they were never mounted on the car. My friend never used the snows after he bought the car from the original owner who included the spare wheels and tires.

I've got a 99 S70M on which I had planned to mount the snows but am wondering if these wheels and tires will fit on my 94 945. My S70 is a 5-speed and is very easy to drive in the snow. The 945 doesn't have great tires to begin with and was somewhat sketchy last winter.

The Blizzak set is 205 55 R16. My 945 has 195 60 R15 Toyo all-seasons on stock Volvo alloys. I tried figuring this out on the Tire Rack site but don't know enough about wheels and tires to be sure.


As a side note, does anyone know where to buy those tubes of sand?
