seized piston on right rear caliper 200

1986 245 wagon, ate rear

The inside piston was very dificult to push back into the caliper body when I put new break pads on this past weekend. did not bleed or replace rotors.
Drving around that wheel was squeking pretty bad. I pulled the wheel off, pressed the brake pedal and found that the same caliper was not applying presure on the pad, was loose and the other was not. Should I pull that piston out to clean? or replace?

thanks, I can't take the squeal.
