Greetings all!
I have a highly modified 60's vintage English car into which I am preparing to place a modern drivetrain. At first, I intended to use a Ford V8. However, for various reasons, I am having second thoughts regarding that particular swap.
And on the other side of my garage, I am about to swap a Ford 5.0 into my 240 wagon and thought that I might rebuild and install my low mileage B230F into the English car. However, so as to remain period correct, I will not do so unless I can carburate the engine. Fuel injection, though preferable in terms of everyday driveability, will not "appear" correct.
My question:
Were there any carburetor/manifold combos produced for the B230F? Side draft SUs, Webers? After market setups for racing applications? Or....?
Thanks in advance,
Tony Fontaine
