240 rear shocks on 140 140-160

went to put a pair of bilstien hd shocks on the rear of my 145 the other day and realized that the lower studs are to big 5/8 od. aparently the lower stud was changed in 72'to 74' from 1/2" to 5/8". i was hoping to use the uper studs of another car since i have them around. the upper studs from a 140 or 240 will not work they are a hair too big. i went to the dealer the lower studs from an early 140 were $19 a piece. does anyone have a source that is cheaper or any ideas of other hardware that will work?

here are some pics of the studs . the top is a late 140 lower. next is a 240 upper, and last is a 140 upper.
