Smoke is coming out the exhaust!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been very busy these last few months w/ wedding stuff and family and I forgot to change my oil. When I finally got around to changing my oil only about 1½ quarts came out. Now smoke comes out around the turbo next to the down pipes. It only happens when I push the accelerator. I have not lost any power. Is the turbo gone or is it the flame trap just clogged. If it is the turbo how hard is it to change, and where can I get it cheap.
