I need to know hoe to set my timing on my 1989 B230ft Turbo 700 1989

Dear Brick Boarders

I simply need to know how to set the timing on my car and the idle.

Right now it has a very pulsing idle and I have a feeling my timing is off because it has a tendency to pitter a bit.

Not to mention I have some wierd stalls when I release my foot fast off the gas but I think that is from the One way vale on the BOV not being present in my car.

Could you help me or direct me to a site to fix these two problems
